Collecting feedback from various sources is crucial for getting a holistic understanding of your customers' needs and expectations. Different customer segments may use different platforms to share their opinion of your product, so analyzing as many sources as possible helps you ensure you don’t miss any unique perspectives.
At the same time, analyzing several feedback sources separately can be a drag. Not only is it time-consuming, but it also doesn’t give you a holistic understanding of your customer's voice. So how do you automate this process even further and get an accurate picture of your customer? You create multi-source reports, now available on Essense.
How to create a multi-source report on Essense?
First, you need to upload your sources. Open the Sources tab in your Essense menu and click the Add Source button in the top right corner of the screen. Choose your review platform and paste the link to your company's profile into the pop-up window. Repeat this step for every source.
Once your sources have finished uploading, Essense can start analyzing your data. Select all the sources you want to be included in your report and click the Analyze Sources button below.
Take a sip of your coffee while Essense generates your multi-source report and put your new insights to good use.
